8. Wholesale & Trade Inquiries
Muse Cannabis Co. operates under a licensed distributor and does not enter into direct wholesale agreements independent of that distribution relationship. Licensed cannabis retailers interested in carrying Muse products may access our wholesale marketplace through Nabis, our licensed distribution partner.
All wholesale transactions are subject to California cannabis distribution and retail laws, as well as the terms and conditions of the Nabis platform. Retailers must hold a valid California cannabis retail license to purchase Muse products. Muse Cannabis Co. makes no representations or warranties regarding product availability, pricing, or delivery timelines, which are governed by our distributor.
9. Distributor Relationship & Liability Limitation
Muse Cannabis Co. operates as a licensed cannabis brand under the umbrella of a licensed California cannabis distributor. As a brand, Muse is responsible for product development, branding, marketing, and cultivator partnerships. Responsibilities related to distribution, transportation, testing compliance, and wholesale fulfillment are handled by our licensed distributor partner.
Muse Cannabis Co. is not liable for any claims, damages, or issues arising from the distribution, sale, or retail handling of our products by third-party distributors or retailers. Any product quality concerns should be directed to the licensed retailer where the product was purchased, who is responsible for ensuring products are sold in compliance with California law.
10. Artist Submissions
Artists who submit work for consideration through our artist collaboration program agree that submitted materials do not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights. Muse Cannabis Co. reserves the right to select, reject, or discontinue collaborations at its sole discretion. Compensation, credit, and usage terms will be outlined in a separate agreement for each approved collaboration.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
This Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
